How to measure high Cell Phone Jammer Field Strength?

I'm wondering if my HF60105v4's can be used to assess the combined field strength of a cell phone jammer's outputs?

At 2 metres from the jammer, a high bandwidth calibrated NARDA field strength tester delivers a result of 2W/m2.

I can't get the HF60105 to reproduce the result, or anything close.

There are 4 frequencies of interest; 870-885, 935-960, 1785-1830, 2110-2170. At 2 metres from the antenna, the transmission frequencies are between -15dBm to - 20dBm for their entire span.

The HF60105 was set to scan 870-2170 at full RBW. I've tried Log-Periodic 60100 and OMNI 90200. I've tried adding lots of in-line attenuation and allowing for this in the handheld and / or LCS. If I need the bi-conical antenna, I'll get one, but I need to know the device can perform this task.

I know this is a lot for any spectrum analyser to handle, but I'm wondering if there are some good minds out there that have any ideas?

A jammer should have a highly modulated signal so use the min/max filter not RMS and the HOLD function.
Also don't forget to set the attenuator to 20-30dB otherwise you will get wrong readings at high levels.
Also hold the HyperLOG antenna in the right angle (polarization), otherwise you will miss about 20dB.

So with the 60100 set up as below, I'm pretty closely modelling the NARDA test equipment which costs 8 x as much to purchase.

fLow=869MHz
fHigh=2200MHz
RBW=full
Atten=20dB
Detect=MINMAX
Anttyp=H60100
Cable = 1m Std
Display Mode = Expos-Limit
Mode = Peak

The cell phone jammer specfication(*link removed*) said that the cell phone jammer send the same frequence signal to disturb the cell phone.Can I say the cell phone jammer field strength is as same as the cell phone field strength

That simply depends on the jammer as they offer quite different output power.
