SPECTRAN NF 5035: how to know if 3D sensor is available?

Postby tonizg » Wednesday 9. November 2016, 20:33

Dear Sirs,

My question:
Q1: SPECTRAN NF 5035: In manual is stated that SPECTRAN NF (all models!) have 3D sensor but on "MCS Device information" there is no marked check box that device has 3D sensor so which statement is true: manual or "MCS Device information"(attached Q1_PIC001_NF5035_MCS_device_information.png)?

from manual "SPECTRAN-NF_EN.pdf" (Rev 1.33 EN 14.03.2013):
"
10.0 Measurement in 1D, 2D or 3D
Measurement in 1D, 2D or 3D
All SPECTRAN models feature an integrated 3D measurement coil which allows isotropic measurement of magnetic fields in all directions (axes) at the same time. You can also choose whether you want to measure in only 1 axis (1D), two axes (2D) or in all 3 axes (3D) simultaneously.
"

Best regards,

Please read the whole paragraph, esp. "Likewise, you can also adjust the number of axes when measuring with the optional sensor for STATIC magnetic fields (option 006)."
